keeps calling constantly and just says hello

calls our new cell # first thing in the morning. Doesn't leave a message.

We got so many phone calls from this number daily. Called them back and asked to remove our number, but still they call with different people like crazy and desperate.

I have not heard from this guy for a couple of weeks. I wonder if he has finally got the hint that I am not going to put up with his crap. If this was a legitimate debt and a legitimate company, then why are they asking for personal info and not send paperwork when you ask for it. According to the 1977 Federal Fair Credit reporting Act, you can request that any company to prove to you in writing the accuracy of any debt and if a company can't prove the debt, you can tell them to remove the debt or you can take further action against them. The 1977 Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you can request that any company stop calling you at your work. If this guy decides to call me again, I'm going to use these FEDERAL laws to either get him to prove to me that I owe a legitimate debt or stop calling me period!

Missed call - leaves a message and refers you to "heycosmo" ... this is bullSh99

This company is listed as Disabled American Vets on my caller ID. They use several #'s and call all day long. The first one started at 7:41 this morning! I have asked to be taken off the list, and I am registered on the do not call list. Nothing helps.

Constant phone calls

it was upsetting & now I'm really worried because I actually HAD applied for a car loan, and I gave them my information...don't know what to do now...
